Nikhil's current role at Arcesium involves leading a team of engineers to develop innovative solutions that can streamline processes and improve efficiency. His technical expertise spans across Python, AWS, Django, MemCache, Redis, RabbitMQ, MySQL, Spring Boot, Spring, Flask, and Postgres. Prior to joining Arcesium, Nikhil was a Technical Lead at Bounce, where he was responsible for all engineering aspects of powering Bounce operations. He led a team of four in building systems to match demand and supply on the ground. He also served as a Senior Software Engineer at Bounce before being promoted to Technical Lead. Nikhil holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from the Indian Institute of Information Technology, where he majored in Information Technology. He also attended the Army Public School in Lucknow. Nikhil's passion for developing solutions that can benefit society is evident in his work.
