Nikhil Mandge is a highly motivated and passionate Full Stack Software Engineer with over six years of experience in the industry. He is currently working at Fractal Analytics as a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, where he is responsible for developing forecasting web applications based on analytics over data inputs and results represented using tables, different graphs, and charts. Nikhil has experience in designing and implementing schemas and REST APIs in demand forecasting platforms for users. He has also developed a single-page web application of demand forecasting using React-Js and successfully hosted it over AWS Kubernetes cluster's container. Nikhil has a strong educational background, having completed his Masters of Science in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He also holds a degree in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai. Nikhil has a deep interest in research and is currently working towards establishing a highly equipped Applied Algorithms lab in his country, which will provide enough exposure to young students for research and serve as a great way of giving back to society. Nikhil is a problem solver at heart and loves to take on difficult challenges. He is experienced in developing and deploying large-scale applications with millions of users concurrently. Nikhil has also worked as a Software Developer at Tavisca Pvt. Ltd. for almost 2.5 years, where he was exposed to myriad opportunities of problem-solving and applying logic to implement complex business scenarios. Understanding client's business requirements, developing solution algorithms, and implementing them in real-time made his work a joyful learning experience. Nikhil is a skilled professional with a strong tech stack, including AWS, Web, SQL, ReactJS, Spring, Research Scientist, Redis, Spring Boot, Postgres, GCP, Integration, Backend, Big Data, NodeJS, and Java.
