Nikhil Nautiyal is a highly experienced Senior Director of Product Management at Ola. Nikhil has previously worked as the Vice President of Product Management at Bijak and Senior Product Manager - Content Platform at Hotstar. He reduced content ingestion costs by INR XX Cr on a monthly recurring basis by setting up the platform for in-house video and subtitle management of licensed content download, cataloguing, Sync, transcoding, QC, and publishing. Nikhil also improved Ingestion efficiencies by 70% by creating the Hotstar license content and open content ingestion specifications leading to standardization of content ingestion process and led the adoption of Hotstar specification across all major Hollywood studios such as HBO, Fox, Disney, NGC, etc. Nikhil holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing, Strategy, and Leadership from IIM and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from GGSIPU.
