Currently, Nikhil is serving as the Vice President - Lending at Paytm, where he is responsible for the sales, strategy, and operations of the Gift Cards/B2B business for North India. Before joining Paytm, Nikhil worked with Flipkart, where he headed the Sales, Account Management, Growth, and Operations for Gift Cards/B2B business for North India. He also conceptualized solutions for channel/trade promotions, employee rewards and recognition, loyalty programs, Salesforce incentives, new client acquisition initiatives, and corporate festive gifting. Prior to Flipkart, Nikhil worked with Aegon Religare Life Insurance Company Limited, where he led and managed partnerships with Policybazaar, Easypolicy, Tata Docomo, Samsung, Indigo Airlines, and Firstcry.com. He was responsible for strategic alliances and partnerships, online sales through web aggregators, e-brokers, and alternate channels, digital and mobile distribution, and D2C distribution initiatives. Nikhil holds an MBA in Marketing from the International Management Institute (IMI), a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute, and a B.Com Hons degree from Delhi University. He is proficient in Salesforce, mobile, and web technologies.
