He is currently working as a research scholar at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bhubaneswar, where he is pursuing his PhD in Power System Engineering. Nikhil is a recipient of the prestigious POSOCO PPSA-22 Award in the Doctoral Category, which recognizes outstanding contributions to the field of power system analysis. Nikhil's research interests include power system stability, control, and optimization. He has published several research papers in top-tier journals and conferences, and has presented his work at various international conferences. Nikhil is also a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Prior to his current role, Nikhil worked as an Assistant Manager at Vedanta Resources, where he gained valuable experience in power system analysis and optimization.
