Nikhil Sharma is a Technical Program Manager with over 5 years of experience in managing programs and people across four product-based organizations and five products. He has successfully delivered more than 20 mission-critical programs aimed at compliance, scaling, pushing market compelling features, creating processes and systems, improving product offering, and performance of systems. Nikhil is passionate about working in organizations that are driven by culture and are working on moonshots that touch human lives and create a huge impact. Currently, Nikhil is a Technical Program Manager at Assembly, where he is managing programs and people to build a world-class Employee Engagement Platform. He is always interested in working with individuals who share his passion for building innovative products that make a difference. Before joining Assembly, Nikhil worked as a Sr Program Manager at Skillsoft, where he managed technical programs for the Percipio product. He was responsible for setting up LMS Labs that monitor the health of integrations with LMS partners, GDPR compliance programs, and content aggregation programs to increase content offering on Percipio. He also worked as a Technical Program Manager at Egnify, where he managed technical programs and an engineering team to build two products from the ground up. He scaled hiring from four to over 14 engineers and managed them, worked on Getranks and Rankguru having over 100k users, managed product stakeholders, and worked with key business customers to engineer requirements. Nikhil has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and an Intro to Computer Science certification from Udacity. He is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree from Quantic School of Business and Technology, which he will complete in March 2023. Nikhil's technical skills include Javascript, NodeJS, ReactJS, and product management.
