He has a strong background in application development team management, technical leadership, and Agile methodologies. Nikhil is an expert in bridging the gap between technical and business requirements, and has a proven track record of building lean, performant, and scalable products. Nikhil's specialization lies in server architecture, designing scalable large software systems with high availability, strategic planning, delivery management, technical project management, team building, and engineering leadership. He has experience in working with fast-paced and customer-obsessed start-ups, and has an amazing experience of enterprise pre-sales. Currently, Nikhil is working as a part of the Engineering Department at apptile. In the past, he has worked at LambdaTest as the Vice President of Engineering and Technical Architect, where he led the selenium-based distributed automation on the cloud and supported various lines of business with the LambdaTest platform.
