Nikhil Yadav is a seasoned Senior Product Designer with a strong background in designing experiences across various platforms. He is currently working with Jupiter App as a Senior Product Designer and leading the design in payments team helping design experiences across UPI, bank transfer, bills, and debit cards. Prior to his current role, Nikhil worked with Gojek where he got the chance to work on varied scopes & complexity of projects. He worked with the Communication and chat platform to design experiences inside the Gojek app, defining ways in which customers connect with each other, drivers, merchants, or customs agents. He also worked with an Identity platform to help design various login and security features for customers and currently working with the Search platform team to help define the Search long term vision & strategy. Nikhil is passionate about thinking in systems & frameworks, nerdy about documentation, cares about solving for end-to-end experiences, and continuously advocates for nurturing good working culture in the team. He has collaborated with PM, research, illustrators, and writers to design features & lead the execution end to end. He has also collaborated with PMs to define product OKRs & strategy. Nikhil's experience includes designing Identity and Search experiences across Gojek. He has led the design experience of helping users connect both their Gojek and Tokopedia account after Gojek- Tokopedia merger. He has also designed the design strategy for the long term vision of Global Search in collaboration with PM. He has worked in chat & communication platform to design experiences to help customers connect with partners (drivers, merchants, and agents) to have a frictionless experience while using the Gojek app. Nikhil holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Production and Industrial Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. He also completed his High School from Modern Delhi Public School. He possesses a strong TechStack that includes product designer, designer, Search, product manager, and research scientist. With 3.70 years of relevant experience, Nikhil is a highly skilled Senior Product Designer with a passion for designing end-to-end experiences and nurturing good working culture in the team.
