Nikhita Basti is an experienced IT professional with over 5 years of experience in the industry. She currently works as an Assistant Manager at Wipro, where she is responsible for Pre-Sales Consulting. In this role, she helps her organization win strategic deals by orchestrating end-to-end bid processes. She also played a key role in setting up a Center Of Excellence (COE) from scratch, which enhanced her organization's partnership with Temenos, the fastest growing core banking system provider in the world. Before her MBA, Nikhita worked as a Software Engineer in the Automotive Electronics domain, mainly focusing on Unit and Integration Testing. During her MBA internship, she got introduced to the Business Analytics role in an E-Commerce Retail firm. Nikhita's technical skills include test automation, integration testing, and software engineering.
