Nikit Sharma is a highly motivated and driven Product Manager with a passion for finance, product, and analytics. He is currently working at IDFC First Bank, where he specializes in Data, Supply Chain, and Payments. Nikit has a strong background in the IT industry, with over five years of experience serving in different projects and with clients from the pharmaceutical, infrastructure, and beverages sectors. He gained expertise in Tech Consulting and Technical Product Management, which has helped him in his current role. Nikit pursued his MBA from IIM V, where he prepared financial models, performed technical analysis, and gained insights on Risk management during his Summer Internship. He also pursued his interest in coding as a hobby and likes to know the logic behind everything we see on any digital screen. Nikit has worked with leading companies like Fraazo and Bosch, where he served as a Product Manager and Product Management Intern, respectively. At Fraazo, he built 20+ features in a short span of five months and systematized Fulfilment, Spend Management, Supplier Management, and Procurement Cycle Overview. He also revamped the Packer's App and conducted Community-Based Customer Research and Analysis. At Bosch, he conducted Focus Group Discussions and Personal Interviews to get insights from domain expertise and define pain points for developing the product story. He also performed competitive analysis for industrial benchmarking in SCM based on blockchain technology. Nikit has a Master's in Business Administration from IIM V, where he specialized in Finance, General. He also has a Bachelor's in Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai. Nikit is a Research Scientist with a relevant experience of 4.52 years and has a strong Tech Stack that includes Product Manager, Infra, and Test. He is now working on learning the business aspects and the Why's for business goals of any organization.
