Nikita is a hands-on leader who excels at stakeholder management and is skilled at translating high-level, ambiguous business goals into working software solutions. She has industry experience across Retail, Supply Chain, and Banking, which has given her a broad perspective on how technology can be used to drive business outcomes. As a Technical Program Manager, Nikita is responsible for driving the project management and deliverables functions, building strategies to drive key projects to completion, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
