She is currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Goals101, where she is responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, including strategy, ideation, product roadmap, design & user experience, development & testing, marketing, training, launch & support. Nikita is the first Product Manager at Goals101, where she has been instrumental in creating and implementing product management processes and strategies. Nikita has a strong background in Fintech, product compliance, sales, and CRM. She is skilled in product roadmap development, API integrations, user journey, user experience (UX), customer experience (CX), Agile, Scrum, stakeholder management, partnerships, user interface (UI), wireframes, vendor management, product lifecycle, and people management. Prior to joining Goals101, Nikita worked as a Product Engineer at Wise Mobile Technologies, where she was responsible for the development of various products across several domains, including android development, back-end development, natural language processing, and machine learning. She also worked as a Summer Intern at the Airport Authority of India, where she designed and developed a project, Log Monitoring System, to monitor the network of the organization to ensure the safety of data and prevent misuse of resources. Nikita holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute of Technology & Management. She also completed her High School education in Mathematics and Computer Science from Vivekanand School. Nikita has a strong technical background and is proficient in product management, backend development, android, software engineering, testing, UI, AI, ML, and NLP.
