Nikshep Mehra is a committed and focused product manager with over 17 years of relevant experience in the field of SaaS. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management at airbase, Nikshep has played a pivotal role in the growth of the company from a garage startup to a leader in their domain. With strong business awareness and technology insight, Nikshep has also held key positions in other companies such as Mettl, where he served as the VP of Product Management. There, he managed a team of three product managers and one UX designer, concentrating on Mettl Core Platform aspects such as defining processes, features, or tools for GDPR, security, accessibility, and other legal compliance. Nikshep also led LMS & ATS partnerships and integrations, and worked with a team of two developers to build a new chat agent-based product. This project was run like an incubator in Mercer Mettl, with the primary focus on customer adoption and scale. Nikshep's educational background includes a B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from NIT Silchar, which he completed in 2005. He also attended Delhi Public School - Noida from 1993 to 1999. Nikshep's tech stack includes expertise in product management, testing, senior software engineering, and design. He is a versatile professional with a proven track record of delivering results and driving growth in the SaaS industry.
