Nikshith Reddy Kolan is a highly skilled software developer with expertise in NodeJS, Python, REST, and AngularJS. He is currently working as a Software Developer at Swimlane, where he is responsible for developing and maintaining software applications. Nikshith has a strong academic background, having pursued his M.Tech in Computer Science from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras, where he scored an impressive 9.13/10 CGPA. During his time at IIT Madras, Nikshith worked on his Master's Thesis with Prof. V. Kamakoti of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, where he focused on building wireless network stacks for Open-Source Shakti Microprocessor. He also worked as a Teaching Assistant at IIT Madras, where he gained valuable experience in teaching and mentoring students. Prior to joining Swimlane, Nikshith worked at Texas Instruments as a Software Engineer, where he was responsible for owning the complete development cycle of a Flask app to test the Jacinto multimedia codec dynamically. He also developed a complete Web App using Node.js for parsing the Boot Rom logs of TI SoC and designed and implemented a Node.js web app to display live-video stream coming from Gstreamer. In addition to his technical skills, Nikshith has excellent problem-solving skills, which helped him score full marks in his M.Tech project. He is a quick learner and is always looking for challenging and exciting opportunities in the IT industry.
