Nilabh Pandey is a highly experienced and accomplished Vice President of Product Management with a passion for creating scalable consumer and platform products. He has extensive experience in e-commerce and video technology domains and is inclined towards product innovation in every aspect of the product life cycle. Nilabh is equally passionate about building talented and highly motivated Product Organizations that deliver extraordinary results. He has built teams from scratch and has also managed existing organizations to greater success. Throughout his career, Nilabh has touched most of the e-commerce pillars, ranging from seller experience, consumer experience, catalog management, pricing to supply chain. He has revamped the Seller Experience and increased billions of dollars of revenue, and managed Customer Experience for end consumers, uplifting the GMV. In the video tech domain, Nilabh led innovative and industry-first OTT products even before most of the current OTT players came to market. Nilabh is a firm believer that for any business or product to scale, it needs to be built on AI's foundation. He has broken a lot of myths and presumptions people had about AI's applicability in different domains he has worked in by delivering AI-first solutions that are scale-ready from the get-go. Nilabh is also an agile enthusiast and has led agile transformation at WalmartLabs and Cisco. Currently, he is the Vice President of Product Management at Hotstar, where he leads the product team to create innovative and scalable solutions. In his previous roles, Nilabh was the Senior Director of Product and Data Science - Pricing, Benefits, Catalog systems, Trust and Safety at Coupang, where he led a team of dynamic Product Managers for Catalog, Pricing and Benefits, Trust and Safety, and BuyBox systems along with Data Science across Korea, US, and China. He was also the Director of Product Management - Catalog systems and Product Description Page at Flipkart, where he led the team of world-class Product Managers to redefine the way customers shop on Flipkart. Nilabh's education background includes a BE in Computer Science from the University of Rajasthan and St. Pauls Ajmer. His tech stack includes product manager, AI, Data Scientist, Computer Vision, and ML.
