Niladri Dutta is an experienced Consultant and Power BI Developer currently working at PwC India. He is an alumnus of Jadavpur University Electrical Engineering department and is currently pursuing his Master of Technology in Quality Reliability Operations Research at Indian Statistical Institute (ISI). Niladri has a strong background in data and analytics, with expertise in programming languages like Python and building machine learning models. He is deeply interested in advanced statistical methods and their implementation in real-world problems. Niladri's keen interest in data analytics and financial trading algorithms has led him to gain experience in database management, design and implementation of database backup/recovery strategies in SQL Server, creating stored procedures and user-defined functions, index and triggers, designing data models, creating Power BI dashboards, and improving performance tuning of SQL Server databases. Niladri has worked on implementing both SQL Server Database (IaaS and PaaS) and SQL Datawarehouse in Microsoft Azure Synapse Analytics. He has also gained experience in data migration and visualization. In addition to his current role, Niladri has previously worked as a Project Engineer at ISRO Satellite Centre and as an Industrial Trainee at Damodar Valley Corporation. He has completed a project on Boost Converter at ISRO, which was simulated on LT-Spice and scripted on Matlab. Niladri's experience at Damodar Valley Corporation has helped him gain practical knowledge about heat power generation. Niladri has a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians from Jadavpur University and has completed his Indian School Certificate from St. Paul's Mission School. He is proficient in SQL, Azure, Data Warehouse, ETL, Python, ML, and has experience working as a Research Scientist. With 3.85 years of relevant experience, Niladri is a skilled professional who is passionate about data analytics and machine learning.
