Niladri Pandit is a highly skilled and experienced professional with a total of 15+ years of experience in the IT industry. With an MS in Software System from BITS PILANI and a B. Tech in ECE from WBUT, Niladri has domain expertise in E-Commerce (retail, automotive, travel) and healthcare for B2B + B2C. He is proficient in functional and non-functional testing, automation framework design, SDLC, metrics & OKR management, CI & product commercialization for E-commerce. Niladri has experience in automation framework design and development using Selenium, Karate, Appium, Jenkins, Postman, Git & Browserstack. He is proficient in Python, Java (for automation), and C. Niladri has worked on large scale commercial front-end and back-end applications, and has experience in functional and non-functional (performance, load, memory, security, user-trial, field test) test planning, strategy, test case preparation, and review. Niladri has received multiple awards, including Employee of the month (2015), NIPUN (2018), Business contribution award (2009), and SPOT award (2014 & 2016) from Samsung (Research Institute Bangalore) for multiple commercialization projects.
