Before joining the corporate world, Nilanjan was self-employed, where he gained valuable experience in managing his own business. He has also worked as an Assistant Engineer at Paharpur, where he was involved in the design and development of mechanical systems. Nilanjan has a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the West Bengal State Council of Technical Education. He also holds a Higher Secondary degree from Bhangamora N.K.N.G.M Inst.
