Before joining EY, Nilanjan worked as a Junior Software Developer at Sikharthy Infotech, where he was responsible for designing and implementing the company's quiz portal and blog page. He was also responsible for building APIs and features as per requirements, writing backend codes for various features, and code optimization. Additionally, he built many management systems, including Inventory Management System and Customer Management System, and worked on various client projects, creating Admin pages to access directly to all elements for CRUD operations.
