Nilesh Bhojani is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience in strategy, business consulting, product management, engineering, and project and program management. He is currently the Head of Product Solutions and Business Coach at Seclore, where he leads the transformation to cloud-native and builds a DevOps culture. Nilesh is passionate about helping people achieve happiness by identifying and striving for goals that matter to them. He has demonstrated expertise in building teams from the ground up and growing smaller start-up minded groups to become mature and scalable teams. Nilesh has a transformational leadership style and a strong entrepreneurial bent to successfully navigate ambiguity, uncertainty, and changing priorities of the enterprise tech world. He is equally at ease discussing complex technical problems with a developer, working out business solutions with a customer executive, and driving organizational change with coaching and intervention programs. His current focus areas are leadership and business coaching, cloud-native, automation, and data-centric security. In his previous roles, Nilesh built the systems integration practice at Seclore, worked closely with management to strengthen Seclore's hold as the “Most Integration Friendly Rights Management product,” and fostered OEM relationships in the US and UK markets. He also managed the cloud services team and led the shift from a traditional infrastructure-delivery model to automation and a managed services mindset. Nilesh groomed the next set of leaders for the engineering and systems integration organizations to expedite growth while maintaining the Seclore culture. Before joining Seclore, Nilesh co-founded Markitty, a SaaS application that provides online marketing suggestions and analytics for small and medium-sized businesses. He managed technology and operations for Markitty and helped clients with their marketing, product, and go-to-market strategies through marketing consulting services. Nilesh also worked as an Engagement Manager at Neova Solutions Pvt Ltd, where he focused on project management, account management, process assessment and improvement, and business consulting. Nilesh holds a PGDM in Marketing from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, Delhi, and a BIT in Information Technology from Manipal Academy of Higher Education. His tech stack includes product management, integration, DevOps, and infra. Nilesh is currently hiring engineering leadership and senior positions in DevOps.
