Nilim Das is a Certified Agile Coach with extensive experience in implementing Scrum framework for multiple teams. With over 14 years of experience in the IT industry, including 3 years as a Scrum Master and 6 years as a QA lead, he has worked in various domains such as BigData, Finance, and Education. Currently, Nilim is working as a Senior Scrum Master at Zaloni (Truist Bank), where he is handling 3 teams and is responsible for release delivery progress. Nilim's expertise lies in Scrum, Kanban, Sprint planning, Sprint Retrospective, Product Backlog grooming, facilitating, removing impediments, project/release management, planning, risk mitigation, tasks allocation, status tracking, status reporting, and team building. He is also proficient in agile framework implementation, coaching on agile processes, and working on agile transformations. In his current role, Nilim works closely with Scrum Teams to execute Agile/Scrum practices and deliver values to delight the customer. He conducts Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Backlog Grooming, Retrospective, and Daily Scrum meetings. He also coordinates with the Product Owner to keep the product backlog prioritized and healthy, and facilitates meetings and training for the teams whenever required. Nilim is responsible for motivating resources and improving efficiency, and he collects various scrum metrics for process improvement. Prior to Zaloni, Nilim has worked at Dell Services, TSYS (now Global Payments), and Infosys. At Infosys, he worked as a Technical Test Lead, handling automation testing teams as well as manual testing projects. At TSYS, he worked as a Test Engineer in the financial services domain, where he created test plans, executed test cases, reported and tracked defects. Nilim is a computer engineer graduated from NIT Jaipur (2007). He also holds certifications as an ICP-ACC Certified Agile Coach, SAFe Agilist (SA), and Scrum Master (CSM). His education history includes a B.Tech in Computer Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur, and he also completed his high school and higher secondary education from Carmel Residential School, Tezpur, and Darrang College, respectively.
