Nimilikha is a passionate, disciplined, and enthusiastic developer with a keen interest in collaborating on open-ended and challenging research matters to build effective products. With a background in software engineering in NLP, she has an affinity for product design and management, along with a knack for HCI. Currently, Nimilikha is a Product Manager working on Conversational AI at Engati. Nimilikha has ample experience in developing APIs along with end-to-end implementations using various frameworks. She has been a part of exciting projects that have given her the opportunity to hone her skills in developing APIs. Nimilikha has worked as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer in AI and Research at Engati. She has coordinated with business owners to map business requirements to technical solutions and developed the Dialog Manager of an e-commerce chatbot using custom-trained NLP Transformers and rule-based algorithms. Nimilikha has implemented the entire NLU pipeline from data construction and feature development through production deployment of APIs. She has actively facilitated across the Customer Solutions and Product Management teams for critical production issues and feature enhancements. Nimilikha has also strengthened the UX of the bot with user research and analysis of live data. Additionally, she has designed the Data Augmentation tool to assist the primary NLP features of the chatbot and developed custom rule-based functions performing entity extraction and entity value replacement for augmentation. Apart from her technical expertise, Nimilikha is also a professional Kuchipudi dancer with more than 100 remarkable performances across Southern India. She holds a Dual Degree (B.Tech + M.Tech) in Computer Engineering from the Indian Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing. Nimilikha has also completed her Senior Secondary education in Science from Ascent Junior College and her Primary and Secondary education in ICSE from Bethany School. She has pursued Kuchipudi Dance from Kuchipudi Kalaa Kendram. Nimilikha's tech stack includes product management, AI, Research Scientist, Software Engineering, NLP, product design, and NLU.
