Nimish Gupta is a seasoned Senior Director of Product Management with over 24 years of experience in SaaS, Cloud Operations, and Product Management. He is passionate about solving customer problems and understanding market needs to build the right products for customers. Nimish has successfully worked as the "CEO" for the products being managed, meeting customers, partners, and sales to understand requirements, driving business case approval, working with engineering during product definition and implementation, rooting for it, and ensuring customer success and ongoing partnership with each implementation. Nimish is comfortable working with enterprise products and technologies while also able to articulate the value proposition to different stakeholders. He has a deep understanding of the SaaS/Cloud, Master data, and Network security businesses. He is leading the formation and rapid growth of a Product Management and Cloud/SaaS Operational teams, maintaining the product roadmap, feature lists, and tracking and monitoring/prioritizing customer/stakeholder inputs on requirements and features. Nimish has rich operational expertise in entrepreneurial product-based environments and is very strong with operational responsibilities around processes, efficiency, metrics, and related areas. He is currently the Senior Director of Product Management at Riversand, responsible for defining the roadmap for their SaaS infrastructure, release rollout/upgrades, monitoring/99.7% uptime, cost optimizations, and everything to do with the cloud operations of their platform. He has also helped set up and run their entire cloud operations and support organization for a few months before transitioning the role to an experienced practitioner. Nimish works on special projects in this area - to ensure strategic initiatives around the cloud are translated into a smooth journey on the ground. Nimish has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University and has completed Practical Product Management from Pragmatic Marketing, AMP from ESADE, and Advanced Management Program from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He is skilled in product management and infra and has relevant experience of 24.47 years.
