Ninad Damare is a highly motivated Quant Modelling Analyst at JPMC with a passion for data analysis and research. Currently, he is also serving as a training and placement cell representative, where he is responsible for coordinating with companies and students to ensure smooth placement processes. Ninad's academic background is impressive, having completed his Bachelor of Technology degree in 2017 from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi. Prior to this, he completed his junior college education from Pace Junior Science College, Navi Mumbai, in 2014. Ninad's early education was completed at K.A. Banthia High School, Navi Mumbai. Ninad's professional experience includes working as a Visiting Research Fellow at the Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Polymers, IIT Guwahati. He also served as a training and placement cell representative at IIT BHU, where he coordinated with companies and students to ensure successful placements. Ninad's technical expertise lies in research and analysis, and he has worked as a Research Scientist in the past. He is proficient in various tools and technologies used for data analysis, including R, Python, and SQL. In addition to his professional experience, Ninad is also an Intern at GE, where he is gaining valuable experience in the industry.
