Ninad has worked with top companies such as TechMahindra as a software developer for a period of 3 years and 10 months. Currently, he is working as a Project Executive in DHAN Foundation, a grassroots NGO working for the upliftment of rural masses. Through his work, Ninad has developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by marginalized communities, and is committed to leveraging technology to address these issues. In addition to his professional work, Ninad is also a Youth for India Fellow, a prestigious program that provides young professionals with the opportunity to work on rural development projects.
