Nir has worked with major global companies in EMEA and APAC, and since 2018, he has been focused mainly on the Israeli market. He has successfully filled the gaps between the product capabilities and the customers’ requirements, and his success main KPIs are renewals and upsells. Nir manages the post-sales relationship for customers by serving as the primary contact and advocate for day-to-day, escalated issues, requests, etc. He actively identifies new solutions or service opportunities to provide maximum value to customers and increase their investment with the company. Nir leverages internal subject matter experts to help customers optimize their investment, ensure program objectives are being met and overachieved, and establish and maintain customer satisfaction through project planning, proactive communications, escalations, issue remediation, and containment. Nir has a Master of Business Administration degree from Israel Jobs and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management & Social Sciences from Israel Jobs. He also has a System Analyst certification from John Bryce and a Software Developer certification from MAMRAM (IDF).
