Niraj Ranjan Rout is the founder and CEO of Hiver, a company that turns email into a powerful customer service and collaboration product for teams. With over 20 years of experience in the tech industry, Niraj has a strong background in web development, software engineering, and team management. Before founding Hiver, Niraj co-founded Mobicules, where he built innovative and sophisticated products primarily for start-ups/new ventures in the US, Europe, and India. He grew Mobicules to be a 35-person company from a three-member team and worked on some of the most complex projects at Mobicules while also overseeing business development, hiring, and operations. Prior to Mobicules, Niraj worked at Mentor Graphics as a Lead Member Technical Staff, where he worked on the development of their next-generation Emulation Software for their FPGA-based hardware emulator. Niraj holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Electrical Communications Engineering from IIT. At Hiver, Niraj works closely with his team on product, marketing, and sales. Hiver is used daily by thousands of G Suite and Gmail customers and is one of the top-rated products built for Gmail. Hiver allows teams to collaborate on shared inboxes like support@, sales@, or jobs@ right from their Gmail accounts, turning emails into tasks, delegating them efficiently, and keeping track of who is doing what effortlessly.
