Niraj Bhandari is a product and people leader with over 17 years of experience in solving complex business problems and leading cross-functional teams to build results-oriented solutions. He is a firm believer in keeping things simple and has a proven track record of leveraging data, analytics, consumer behavior, financial impact, and operational processes to drive value for businesses ranging from startups to large establishments. Niraj has a keen interest in statistics, machine learning, and data science. He specializes in consumer research, user testing, product strategy, omnichannel, e-commerce, product management, data-driven decision-making, supply chain and logistics, and program management. Currently, Niraj works as a Product Manager at Indeed, where he is responsible for advertising platforms, Sponjobs APIs, and campaigns creation and management. In the past, he has worked as an Advisor at Cliff S, mentoring the young team and advising on planning and execution. He has also served as an Assistant Vice President of Product Management at Lenskart, where he handled multiple product lines, built tech for retail grounds up, crafted an omnichannel experience for Lenskart customers, and co-led and scaled up the Bangalore center in the first year of operation.
