Niraj Khalpada is a Vice President and Head of Analytics at AGS Health, with over 19 years of diverse international experience in building and leading AI, analytics, BI, automation, and digital transformation practices, generating business value for leading Fortune organizations through analytics, technology, and digital transformation initiatives. He has built and led large multicultural, diverse, and geographically dispersed teams across the US, UK, EU, and APAC and has domain experience spanning technology, manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences, telecom, energy, oil & gas, retail, software, media, e-commerce, and financial industries. Niraj's most recent role was leading the Data Science and Data Strategy consulting practice at LiquidHub, a Capgemini group company, as a part of the Capgemini Invent business unit. He joined Capgemini as a part of LiquidHub's acquisition, where he led the global AI and analytics consulting practice. His practice helps a diverse clientele spanning across industry verticals in discovering value, improving revenues, rationalizing costs, and solving business problems through the application of cutting-edge AI, machine learning, natural language processing, social media analytics, predictive analytics, and by democratizing the insights through platforms of insights. Before transitioning to LiquidHub, Niraj was a part of the leadership team at Annik, where he successfully built and grew the global Analytics & AI practice and held the P&L responsibility for the practice. Annik was later acquired by LiquidHub Inc. in December 2016. He has broad experience closely working with C-Level executives in building analytics teams from scratch and in helping organizations institutionalize analytics to garner significant and tangible business value from their data assets. Niraj holds an MBA from the London Business School and a Masters in Computer Applications from DDIT, India. He is passionate about exploring opportunities for value generation and value maximization for organizations through innovative use of analytics to solve challenging business problems.
