Niraj Kumar is an experienced Civil Engineer with over 16 years of relevant experience. He is currently the Head of Supply Support at care24, a company that provides healthcare facilities to people at their doorstep. In this role, he is responsible for managing operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the supply chain. Prior to his current role, Niraj was the Co-Founder and Head of Operations at Metis Projects Pvt. Ltd, where he aimed to provide the best lifestyle architectural solutions in India. He was responsible for day-to-day operational activities, inventory management, audit, vendor negotiations, statutory compliance, and planning and monitoring of activities. Niraj has also worked at Gati Infrastructure Limited, where he was responsible for preparing the master schedule of the project and managing it on a day-to-day basis. He also managed resource and material planning of the project, reviewed construction activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, and coordinated between the site team, design consultants, and head-office team. He was responsible for evaluating contractors and finalizing contracts with them. Niraj holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering from IIT. He is interested in handling operations and is currently hiring Civil Engineers in Chennai and Mumbai. Niraj is a proactive and result-oriented individual who has a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. He is a team player and has excellent communication and leadership skills.
