Nirali Naik is a highly skilled Chartered Accountant with over six years of experience in Business Consulting. She has a proven track record in process review and process enhancement for large technology accounts. Currently, she works as a Manager at EY, where she is responsible for the development and deployment of a compliance product, a proprietary global compliance management tool. In this role, she coordinates with in-house engineering teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders for implementation. She also plans and implements across multiple teams and geographies, develops functional requirements for automating processes through technology enablers, and works on feature iterations based on client feedback. In addition to this, she has worked on building an AI model to review and audit compliance reporting as an enhancement to the existing product offering. Prior to joining EY, Nirali co-founded Tamarind Rice and worked as an Articled Assistant at Sukhbir & Associates. She has a strong educational background, having completed her Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics. She is currently pursuing a Career Accelerator Programme in Product Management from Upraised and has completed a Product Management course from the Indian School of Business.
