Niranjan Khandekar is a Senior Lead in Human Resources and Organization Development at Infosys, Pune. With over 13 years of professional experience, he is responsible for employee career planning and development, and has a varied experience in the field of competency management through collaboration with delivery, training, and HR units. Niranjan started his career as an educator responsible for the design, development, and delivery of training content through the use of AR/VR platforms like Unity, document editing tools like Microsoft Office, and video editing tools like Camtasia. He then moved on to become a Training and Competency Manager, where he conceptualized one of the largest enablement initiatives for getting various types of audiences up to speed on the basics of cloud provisioning. He also successfully converted an array of clients across industry verticals by collaborating with sales as a Wingspan Specialist in showcasing Wingspan capabilities like proctored certifications, guided learning paths, employee learning analytics, etc. Niranjan has also worked as a Functional Consultant, where he was responsible for ticketing tool configuration and workflow management for Oracle PeopleSoft HCM as part of L1 and L2 support in the modules such as recruitment, benefits, and payroll. He also served as a functional consultant for the development of an HR Analytics tool for Infosys internal usage and assisted Sales and Pre-sales teams in tasks of project forecasting, budgeting, resourcing, etc. Niranjan holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with Majors in HR and Minors in Systems from the Goa Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computers from K. J. Somaiya College of Engineering. He is a smart, competitive individual with fast-track growth from Educator to Training Lead to Infosys Pune Training Manager to Infosys Organizational Development Senior Lead, and is responsible for overall governance w.r.t. competency management for the CTO office. He has successfully sold Infosys Learning Platform ‘Wingspan’ to 10+ marquee clients across domains viz. retail, manufacturing, IT, etc.
