Nirantak Raghav is a skilled Software Engineer and Pythonista with a passion for automation, DevOps, and server-side development. With 3.78 years of relevant experience, he has worked with some of the leading tech companies in the world, including BrowserStack and LinkedIn. Currently, Nirantak is working as a Site Reliability Engineer at LinkedIn, where he is responsible for data infrastructure SRE. Prior to this, he worked as a Senior Software Engineer at BrowserStack, where he managed over 3k mac and 6k windows servers across 16 data centers. He was also responsible for software development and DevOps for the Desktop Platform, including deployments, maintaining uptime, OS updates, and addition of new products to the platform. He defined and implemented a process for improving code quality and maintaining it, with the addition of unit testing, measuring coverage and automated checks for the same on GitHub PRs using Jenkins and Docker. He also planned and developed an automated infrastructure monitoring and alerting system with open source tools like SmokePing, Nagios, LibreNMS, and InfluxDB (with Grafana) to measure host uptime and network packet loss, calculate uptime SLA, and escalate to DC vendors, and brought MTTD to less than one minute. Before joining BrowserStack, Nirantak worked as a Software Developer Intern at Cashflo, where he was responsible for progressive web development using Node/JavaScript and Angular for a Supply Chain Finance application. He migrated a website to a Progressive Web Application, with offline access and support for push notifications. Nirantak holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai. He also has a Grade 12 degree in PCM with CS from N.L. Dalmia High School and a Grade 10 degree in Science with Computer Applications from R.B.K. School. Nirantak is proficient in SRE, Software Engineering, test, infra, DevOps, Docker, Jenkins, Web, Javascript, and AngularJS.
