Nirav Gokulgandhi is a seasoned Product Manager with over 9 years of experience in driving growth and revenue for various organizations. He has a deep understanding of business, technology, and user experience, which enables him to discover and successfully bring to life usable, profitable, and feasible products. Nirav is currently working with PharmEasy as a Senior Product Manager, where he is responsible for laying out and executing SEO, growth, and loyalty roadmap. He is leading the efforts for availability and pricing for the PharmEasy consumer platforms and managing the core of catalog availability and pricing. He is also part of the core team implementing the marketplace model and new serviceability model at PharmEasy. Prior to this, Nirav worked with Netcore Solutions, where he was responsible for driving marketer KPIs like conversion, revenue, and retention using AI/ML capabilities. He owned the entire AI/ML roadmap from a product perspective and productized AI features like send time optimization, subject line optimization, preferred channel, churn management, predictive audience on the product. Nirav has also worked with Zycus as a Product Manager managing products for financial savings management and sourcing project management. He has built products during engineering days and while working as product development. Additionally, he has process understanding and optimization in customer service while interning with Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd. Nirav holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations Management from Symbiosis International University and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computers from A.D. Patel Institute of Technology. He completed his high school education from St. Xaviers School - Adipur. Nirav's tech stack includes product management, AI, ML, web, search, data scientist, and data engineering.
