Niroop Reddy is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in delivering exceptional support and services. He has a proven track record of driving operational excellence with a customer-first mindset at globally recognized companies. Currently, Niroop is the VP, Site Head for Technology Operations and Infrastructure at Visa, where he is responsible for ensuring Five Nines availability for all Visa applications and meeting uptime/service SLA's for merchants. He is also accountable for being the voice of the customer and driving appropriate feedback to the product teams. Before joining Visa, Niroop was heading the Service Operations and Engineering group at Microsoft, where he managed operations for a portfolio of online services for Bing. He built a diverse global operations team across the US, Europe, and Asia, enhancing the customer experience by driving improvements across support processes, availability, and injecting customer feedback into the product teams. Niroop was responsible for driving right-sizing initiatives and cost efficacy projects like infrastructure consolidation, incident reduction, and vendor consolidation that helped reduce overall Opex. Niroop holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University and a Certificate of Business Excellence from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. He has also attended B.M.S. College of Engineering, National College, and Vidyaniketan. His technical expertise includes senior software engineering, infrastructure, and mobile technology. In his 24.79 years of relevant experience, Niroop has held various leadership positions, including Senior Director at Visa and Senior Director at Microsoft. He is a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, making him an asset to any organization.
