Nirpendra Chauhan is a highly experienced professional with over 17 years of relevant experience in the field of operational transaction services, strategy, and transactions. He is currently serving as the Vice President at Ernst & Young, where he is responsible for leading the Operational Transaction Services (OTS) team. In this role, he is involved in various aspects of deal lifecycle processes, including value creation in a deal scenario, carve-out readiness and support, post-merger integration, operational transformation, operational due diligence, synergy assessment and delivery, day-one readiness assessment, and 100-day planning. Prior to joining EY, Nirpendra has worked with PwC as an Associate Director, where he was responsible for business transformation, finance transformation, strategy and execution, shared services and outsourcing advisory, enterprise performance management, future of finance, and digital transformation, including automation. He has also served as a summer intern at PwC. Nirpendra holds an MBA in Finance and IT from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. He has also completed a course in Mergers & Acquisitions, Buyouts, Divestitures, and Restructuring from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
