Nischey Grover is a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Python, Search, Keras, Spring, NLP, Tensorflow, MySQL, and Java. He is currently the Co-Founder and CTO of Jumpie, a startup that aims to revolutionize the way people commute through its innovative ride-sharing platform. Prior to Jumpie, Nischey co-founded Teamviu.io, an online platform that helps remote teams track their productivity and manage projects efficiently. As a Co-Founder, he played a crucial role in introducing visibility and transparency in remote team management, which resulted in increased productivity and streamlined workflows. Before his entrepreneurial journey, Nischey worked as a Tech Lead for Search & Relevance at Infoedge, where he honed his skills in search algorithms and relevance models. He was responsible for building and maintaining the search infrastructure for some of the most popular job portals in India. Nischey holds a B.Tech+M.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from IIT Roorkee. He also has a Class 12th degree in Non-Medical and a Class 10th degree in Science from St. Xaviers Chandigarh and S.N. Model Chandigarh, respectively. With almost a decade of experience in the tech industry, Nischey has gained a reputation as a problem solver and a strategic thinker.
