Nishant Aggarwal is a highly motivated and intelligent FinTech enthusiast with over 9 years of experience at FlexTrade. As the Global Team Lead for FX and Client Services, he has worked closely with hedge funds, investment banks, traders, and top FX clients on both the Buy Side and Sell Side. Nishant is capable of getting any task done with due diligence and has a strong track record of identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues related to FIX (Financial Information Exchange). In his current role, Nishant is responsible for daily communication with major investment banks, trading technologies, Refinitiv, Bloomberg, and various banks through Flex for FX execution and market data. He is also part of the front office operations with the top hedge funds in the world, where his projects involve certification of FIX connection between the client and their respective execution brokers, analysis, and application support in both Production and UAT environments. Nishant's expertise in FIX on-boarding, engine and application support, analysis and connectivity, certification, and STP setup has helped him engage with over 150 clients all over the world, including hedge funds, ECNs, and vendors. He works closely with the FX support, QA, and development teams to investigate customer deal queries, manage major incidents, and ensure that future products are developed within time limits to meet clients' demands. As a team lead of over 30 members in India, US, UK, and SG office, Nishant is directly responsible for hiring in SG, US, and UK offices and giving on-site training and mentoring. He is also part of the global 24-hour production support model, providing excellent customer service, answering queries, monitoring client activity, and reacting accordingly. Nishant holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical Engineering from IIT and Intermediate Medical with Maths from New State Academy, New Delhi. He has relevant experience in QA and product management and has worked at FlexTrade in various roles, including Team Lead for FX Client Services and Strategic Business Planning & Team Meetings.
