Nishant Amoli is a highly motivated and skilled Data Engineer with a passion for solving real-life problems using computational mathematics. With nearly three years of experience in the industry, he has gained expertise in Data Engineering, Big Data Analytics, Machine Learning, NLP, Data Warehousing, Data Modelling, Visual Analytics, and Designing and Analysis of Algorithms. Currently working as a Data Engineer at Avanade, Nishant is responsible for building datasets and working with databases/warehouses using various tools and technologies. He also builds metrics, reports, and dashboards using various visualization tools, reconciles data between the data-warehouse and the source, and monitors data integration and resolves integration issues in production. Additionally, he conducts exploratory data analysis, analysis of existing systems and business processes, and supports a number of business-critical operational activities. Nishant is also responsible for providing training to team members on data-warehouse architecture, Power BI, and data science best practices. Prior to his current role, Nishant worked as a Data Engineer/Analyst at The Seaboard Transport Group, where he was responsible for building datasets and working with databases/warehouses using various tools and technologies. He also built metrics, reports, and dashboards using various visualization tools, reconciled data between the data-warehouse and the source, and monitored data integration and resolved integration issues in production. Additionally, he conducted exploratory data analysis, analysis of existing systems and business processes, and supported a number of business-critical operational activities. Nishant holds a Master of Applied Computer Science degree from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from Graphic Era Hill University. He has also gained expertise in Data Engineering, Big Data, Data Scientist, NLP, Integration, ML, and Research Scientist.
