Nishant Dahiya is an experienced IT professional with a keen interest in technology and a proven track record in leading all stages of a customer journey and managing the impact on customers and end-users. Currently working as a Technical Delivery Manager at Rackspace, he accelerates clients' journey of cloud adoption by driving conversations on benefits and challenges, organization life-cycle, hybrid footprints, and Rackspace Technology multi-cloud offerings. He was responsible for analyzing the Sales Order and Scope of work document, collaborating with the pre-sales team, assessing migration feasibility, identifying dependencies and common infrastructure platform components, overseeing project execution, and preparing formal status reports regularly for a customer and Navisite management. Nishant also worked as a Project Manager - Hybrid Cloud at Wipro, where he led a team of twelve members to deliver a hybrid cloud IT solution for managing the brokering of private and public cloud services enabled by HP Cloud Service automation and Wipro’s ServiceNxt operations center. His responsibilities included managing the functional requirements and technical requirements for the team, leading the technical implementation team, managing the scope of the project, and vendor management. Nishant holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from Lal Bahadur Shastri Inst. of Management and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science Engineering from GGSIPU. He is proficient in AWS, infra, microservices, DevOps, test, QA, Java, web, and software engineering.
