Nishant Dhanendra is a consultant at McKinsey & Company with a focus on the technology industry and a functional expertise in marketing & sales and private equity. With over 3.5 years of relevant experience, he began his career in software development, data & analytics, business intelligence, and product management across New Delhi, Edinburgh, Warsaw, and London. Nishant pursued a dual degree at Northwestern University, where he co-authored an academic case on technology strategy, worked at tech VC funds, and chaired the annual Kellogg Design Challenge. He was also the president of the Kellogg Consulting Club and started a club for motorsport enthusiasts. Nishant developed skills at the intersection of business, technology, leadership, and human-centered design innovation during his time at graduate school. Nishant is an avid reader and is constantly seeking to learn more in search of continuous growth. Outside of work, he enjoys attending live music events, hiking, watching Formula 1, backpacking to new places, or curating his vinyl record collection. Nishant has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, with a focus on marketing, strategy, and operations. He also has a Master of Science in Design Innovation from Northwestern University's McCormick School of Engineering, Segal Design Institute. Nishant holds a Bachelor of Technology degree with a major in Electrical Engineering and a minor in Computer Applications from NIT Kurukshetra. Nishant's tech stack includes AI, product management, search, and software engineering. He has previously worked as a summer associate at McKinsey and as a venture capital associate at Second Century Ventures.
