Nishant Kashyap is an Assistant Vice President of Engineering at API Holdings, which includes Pharmeasy, DocOn, and RetailIO. With 16 years of diverse experience across various domains, Nishant has proven his expertise in test automation, tools development, information security, automation, performance, and test engineering. In his previous role at Myntra Designs, Nishant was responsible for test automation of supply chain management modules and led the horizontal team that develops test frameworks and tools integrated with CI/CD, which is used by all test teams at Myntra. Prior to that, he worked with PlayGames24x7 as a Test Architect & Lead, LinkedIn as Lead for search automation, Oracle as SMTS, Yahoo as an engineer for Publisher desktop platform, and Adobe as an engineer for Photoshop and Acrobat subscription products. Nishant has achieved significant milestones throughout his career, including achieving 80%+ test code coverage for all critical systems and reducing the release cycle time by ~X/4. He has managed and mentored teams of over 30 test engineers to deliver quality products and a great experience for end-users. Nishant holds a Btech degree in CSE from Jaypee University, where he graduated in 2007. His tech stack includes test, CI/CD, SDET, senior software engineer, search, Java, Selenium, integration, UI, Javascript, Spring, mobile, and Scala.
