Nishant Kumaria is an experienced software engineer with over 10 years of relevant experience in the field. Currently working as a Project Trainee at Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, Nishant is responsible for making a portal of "The Wealth of India", which is an internationally acclaimed encyclopedic publication comprising monographic articles on plants, animals, and mineral resources of the country and the economic products derived from them. He is proficient in working on Centos-6.3 (based on Linux kernel), Oracle Java (JDK-6), Java build tool (Apache Maven-3.0.4, Apache Ant-1.8.2), Servelet Engine (Apache Tomcat-7.0.25), and Relational Database (PostgreSQL-9.0). Prior to this, Nishant has worked with Genpact as a Technical Associate, where he worked on NVP, which provides an end-to-end solution for customer's services. He has also worked with Samsung R&D India's Printer division as a Senior Software Engineer [Research & Development], where he contributed to Printer-driver side, worked on device drivers, and its feature implementations. His skills in programming languages like C, C++, Java, J2EE (JSP, Servlet), MySql 5, and Tomcat 6.x make him a versatile software engineer. Nishant has a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT) and a Bachelor of Computer Application (B.C.A.) degree from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU). He completed his high school education from The Air Force School, where he studied Science with Computer Science.
