Nishant has grown his skills in full-cycle recruiting, strategic sourcing, data analytics, and project management, and he takes joy in matching top-performing and rising professionals with the right career move in software engineering and more. With 6.69 years of relevant experience, Nishant has worked with India's No.1 job portal and market disrupter companies. He has previously worked as a Lead Technical Recruiter and Senior Recruiter - Engineering at Jio, where he built AI for India team (AI- CoE) and led technology hiring for AI- CoE Analytics, JioHealthHub, Jio Media (Jio Tv, Jio Cinema, & Jio News). Nishant was also responsible for handling campus recruitments – Summer Internships & Final Placements (IIT, NIT's)& B Schools. Apart from driving numbers, he led branding initiatives for Jio in India. Nishant holds an Executive Development Program in Human Resource Management from XLRI, a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resource & Marketing from New Delhi Institute of Management, and an Engineer's Degree from Lovely Professional University. He has a TechStack in AI. Nishant is a people person who finds great people and finds them great careers.
