Nishant's expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodology has been honed through his experience at top-tier companies such as Samsung, Airtel, HP, and Societe Generale. At Societe Generale, he collaborated with senior management on complex business and productivity issues, functioning as a subject matter expert. He also partnered with global process owners and operation managers to identify, define, and execute various process improvement projects. Nishant was responsible for setting up processes and programs to review current stakeholder experience and design action plans to improve measurable customer experience in service delivery and financials. At TCS, Nishant served as an Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Delivery Excellence BFS, where he innovated and improved processes with extensive interaction with banking clients. He directed and coordinated business-change activities associated with process improvements and facilitated and drove a Six Sigma quality culture in the account. Nishant worked with business leaders to identify improvement opportunities around profit margin/cost, productivity, customer experience, and risk mitigation.
