Currently leading a super-enthusiastic, 85+ strong IB-D India team at UBS, Nishant manages the tech risk portfolio for global IB-D, ensuring business continuity and paving the way for the adoption of modern tech. He is also driving innovation in technology-driven sales by reimagining the role of tech in CRM data analysis to deliver actionable insights in an agile way on the Azure cloud. In his previous role as Associate Director at UBS, Nishant helped build sustainable, innovative, and state-of-the-art technology solutions for IB ERD LOB in Pune, delighting global users and reducing IT costs while providing time zone and geographical cover to support business continuity. He also managed multiple project releases for truly global teams, coordinating proactively to ensure a flawless product increment in minimum downtime. Before UBS, Nishant worked as a Principal Engineer at Kronos, where he helped build a competitive and robust team for labor analytics product by hiring the right candidates and bringing knowledge from scattered groups globally in-house. He also designed, developed, and released multiple versions of analytics product increments to serve more than 300 global customers, transforming data and pushing it periodically in every 15 mins for refreshing dashboards and schedule and trend analysis charts. Nishant holds an MCA degree in Computers from RGPV and a Bachelor's degree in Science from the University of Allahabad. He has expertise in Research Scientist, Azure, MSSQL, ETL, and infra, and is committed to continuous learning and development to stay ahead of the curve.
