Nishant Shrivastava is an experienced Software Developer with a strong background in Embedded Systems, Microcontroller, Bare Metal Code, RTOS, AUTOSAR, RTE, and ARM Cortex A, Cortex M, PowerPC. He has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Tele-Communication from Maharashtra Institute of Technology. Currently, Nishant is working as a Software Developer at Microsoft Research India, where he has developed a library for anomaly detection in IoT devices using hardware fingerprinting. He has also integrated the library with existing Microsoft products such as Azure RTOS, Azure Sphere, and Azure PnP. Nishant has built a tool using Python and a VS Code extension for seamless integration of the library in existing device code. He has worked on ARM Cortex A and Cortex M architectures. Prior to Microsoft, Nishant worked as a Software Engineer at Bosch, where he gained experience working on RTOS for Embedded systems. He was involved in Microcontroller migration projects from 2 core to 3 core. Nishant also worked on configuring RTE (Runtime Environment) layer for Electronic control units and the configuration of Microcontroller peripherals and hardware devices (external ASICs for sensors & actuators). He has experience with AUTOSAR BSW Stack integration. Nishant has also worked as a Machine Learning and Computer Vision Engineer at Ushaitechlabs. Here he applied Machine Learning algorithms for bio-metric identification using heart beat monitoring. He has also implemented Lane departure Identification in ADAS for cars using OpenCV. Nishant is proficient in programming languages such as C, C++, and Python. He has over 4.70 years of relevant experience in Software Engineering, Research, and Machine Learning. His skills in Azure, Python, Integration, Computer Vision, and OpenCV make him a valuable asset to any team.
