He also integrated the ML API for the candidate matching process and added pagination for handling large amounts of user data. Additionally, he added micro-interactions and motion animation for a better user experience. As a UI Designer & Flutter Developer at Hoods, another tech startup, Nishanth conducted user experience research and created UI/UX design using Figma for the MVP(beta version) application. He developed the mobile application using Flutter and Firebase as the backend and added micro animation for a better user experience. He also created a CMS application for internal users to manage user data and content. Nishanth holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Kongu Engineering College, where he gained a solid foundation in software development and computer science.
