Nisheeth Pandey is a versatile professional with 12 years of experience in strategy and business consulting, product management, digital transformation, and design thinking. He has helped clients across the globe in multiple domains, including banking and financial services, transportation/telematics, automotive and manufacturing, and energy and utilities, to successfully deliver key digital offerings. Nisheeth's core competency includes user story development, customer journey maps, service blueprints, competitor strategy and gap analysis, use case formulation, business process flow charts, and wireframes. Nisheeth holds a postgraduate diploma in Information Management from SPJIMR, Mumbai, with a background in computer science. He has worked in design thinking-led programs driving signature projects from the stage of conceptualization to the commissioning stage, consisting of idea generation and screening, creating a roadmap with the usage of methodologies including Agile/Scrum. Nisheeth has worked with clients in a customer-centric approach, leveraging data-driven process insights, analytics, and automation to help them embrace digital transformation journeys. His experience working in multi-lingual and diverse teams has helped him develop a multi-faceted approach to solving problems. Currently, Nisheeth is working as a Strategy Consultant at IBM Consulting. Prior to this, he worked as a Senior Consultant at T-Systems and Ericsson. In his personal life, Nisheeth is an avid follower of the stock market and loves to trade in equities and derivatives.
