Nishmitha Rai is a seasoned Software Testing professional with over 7 years of experience in the field. She has expertise in Functional testing, API testing, and Database testing, and is well-versed with Test management tools like HP ALM, JIRA, and Azure Table Storage. Nishmitha has experience working with both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies, and has excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Currently working as an Associate IT Consultant at ITC, Nishmitha has previously worked with Altimetrik as a Senior Quality Engineer and with Capgemini as an Associate Consultant. She has experience working in multicultural and geographically distributed teams, and is comfortable working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. Nishmitha holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Srinivas Institute of Technology, Mangalore. She also completed her PUC from Canara College and her schooling from Shri Mahalingeshwara English Medium School. In addition to her testing skills, Nishmitha has a strong technical background and is well-versed with technologies like SQL, Azure, QA, iOS, DevOps, Mobile, Web, Android, Selenium, Backend, Software Engineering, Senior Software Engineering, and Java.
